Music publishers publish the sheet music of musicians for other musicians. Some music publishers carry published music of films, composers of classic music, orchestral arrangements, rock music, or music festivals. A music publisher may only publish music of one particular genre. Music publishers may also carry program notes and biographies of musicians. Most music publishers have a catalogue of the published music that they have. Most music publishers do not stock out of print music sheets, but they may be able to recommend someone who does carry out of print published music. Some music publishers accept unsolicited submissions of music from musicians.
